Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Some parts or electrical components may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer policy.
  • Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team for assistance.
